These terms explain the basic rules for submitting an application through Upjovo Careers. Have them reviewed for your jurisdiction before launch.
1. Accurate information
Provide truthful, current contact information and only profile details, links, photos, or files you are entitled to share. Complete each field marked as required and provide the required applicant photo. Instagram and other social or portfolio links, your written introduction, and the resume or supporting file may be left blank. Applicant photos and any resume or supporting files accept JPG, PNG, WebP, or PDF up to 50 MB per file. Do not upload misleading credentials, malware, or another person’s private information. Upjovo may contact applicants to request additional information for a role.
2. Application is not an offer
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, employment, a paid role, project assignment or any specific outcome. Upjovo may contact applicants to request additional information or discuss next steps.
3. Compensation and collaboration
Some opportunities may involve project-based work, learning opportunities or potential profit-sharing. No compensation, profit share, employment status, work hours or other terms are promised by this application page. Any applicable terms must be explained and agreed clearly before work begins.
4. Intellectual property and work samples
Only submit portfolio items or work samples you are permitted to share. Submitting a link or file does not transfer ownership of your work to Upjovo.
5. Availability and changes
We may update roles, the application process or these terms as the team’s needs change. We may close applications or remove abusive submissions.
