Upjovo Careers is a recruitment website. This page explains the small amount of browser storage and technical logging involved in running it.

Cookies and browser storage used by this site

The public marketing pages load Google Analytics 4 automatically. Google may set first-party analytics cookies and process site-usage and browser/device information under its terms. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled; Upjovo does not use this setup for advertising. Analytics is not loaded on Careers application pages, the Hiring Desk, Studio panel, or private client project tracker. If you choose Google sign-in on Careers, Supabase Auth stores the applicant session and temporary PKCE sign-in verifier in session storage for that browser tab. Applicant sessions automatically end after 10 minutes. If an applicant chooses Save draft, the form values are kept in that tab’s session storage until sign-out, session expiry, or successful submission; uploads and consent checkboxes are excluded. The Hiring Desk also stores its short-lived staff sign-in token in session storage. Clearing browser cookies or using a browser-level analytics opt-out may limit analytics collection.

Service providers and technical logs

The public pages are hosted by Vercel. Application, enquiry, and status requests are sent to Upjovo’s Supabase Edge Function and database in the configured ap-south-1 region. These providers may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details, and security logs, to deliver and protect the service under their own service terms. Upjovo’s rate limiter stores a hashed network identifier temporarily; the application database does not store a raw IP address for this purpose.

Links that leave Upjovo

The Contact Us page links to WhatsApp. Opening that link takes you to WhatsApp, which has its own cookies, privacy notice, and data practices. Email links open your chosen email application. Upjovo does not embed WhatsApp or another third-party service inside its pages.

Your choices

You can block or clear cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Blocking session storage may prevent Hiring Desk sign-in from working. Blocking local storage means this notice may appear again on your next visit. Google Analytics runs on the public marketing pages. You can block or clear analytics cookies in browser settings or use a browser-level analytics opt-out. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled.
